- An AP pipeline into QuickBooks Online. Invoices arrive by email, a project manager approves, and each one posts with the PDF attached and a stamp showing the job-cost coding, approver, and date.

- Inbox to QuickBooks with no keying. A project manager’s approval is the only step that still needs a person.
